As our Paralegal, Amy handles the following tasks at MLG:

• Due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and venture raises;

• Working with filing agents to coordinate multi-state qualifications, annual report filings, and foreign entity maintenance;

• Technical administration of online cap table set up, option pool and restricted stock issuances; and

• Generating, reviewing, and tracking corporate and commercial agreements through software prior to lawyer review.
